Hey, I'm Kieu Jenny Vi!
At 25, I find myself on an exciting path, pursuing my passion for film photography while studying Cultural Studies.
Beginning with a double major in English and Philosophy and a master's degree in British and North American Cultural Studies at the University of Freiburg, Germany, I am currently based in the United States. I now teach at Colgate University, where I was hired as the new Max Kade Teaching Fellow.
As an aspiring photographer, I mainly shoot with 35mm film, specializing in concert and portrait photography. Most of my work is taken abroad during my travels, a passion that allows me to commemorate the fleeting moments of life.
Outside academia and photography, I'm an avid reader, devoted moviegoer, and passionate supporter of the band LAUNDRY DAY.
On this website, I present my evolving portfolio, both within academia and photography.
